What is included in the Priority Protection Membership?
Every membership includes two annual irrigation inspections, both service fees, automatic scheduling, controller programming, sprinkler head adjustments, priority scheduling for repairs, a 10% discount on repair materials, and a complete system performance evaluation.
How does automatic scheduling work?
We keep track of when your irrigation system is due for service. When it's time for your Spring Start-Up or Fall Inspection, we'll contact you to schedule your appointment — so you never have to remember or worry about missing seasonal maintenance.
What do the annual inspections include?
Your membership includes one inspection in the spring to prepare your irrigation system for watering season and one inspection in the fall to ensure your system is operating properly before the off-season. These visits help identify small problems before they become expensive repairs.
Are repairs included in the membership?
No. The membership covers your scheduled inspections and included service fees. If repairs are needed, we'll provide a detailed estimate before any work is performed — see repair services. Members also receive 10% off repair materials.
How do I know which membership plan I need?
Your membership is based on the number of irrigation zones your system has: Residential Plan for 1–6 zones, Estate Plan for 7–12 zones, and Premier Plan for 12+ zones. Not sure how many zones you have? Contact us and we'll help you determine the correct plan.
Is the membership worth it?

Can I cancel my membership?
You may cancel your membership according to the terms of your agreement. Contact our office and we'll be happy to answer any questions about your plan.

Yes. We offer membership plans for residential properties, commercial properties, HOAs, and large estate irrigation systems. Contact us if you have a custom or multi-controller system.
